The service was great! John called us about 45 minutes before he arrived. He came in, gave us a quote before he started and was very knowledgeable on what Zerorez offered and what our expectations should be. I love the water process. It was truly zero rez. Dried quickly, softened the carpets and really brightened them. Technician was able to remove the few little stains that I thought we had. Great jon. Thank you.
