They got the whole second floor carpet cleaned shockingly fast! Now it smells like new and trust me, THAT is a miracle! The previous renters kept the dogs upstairs and they clearly weren't housebroken. Now, thanks to just one treatment by Zerorez the carpets smell like they've never been anywhere near animals! :D can't wait to use that mastersuite!

I like the fact that Tom was friendly, did a good job of listening and remembering where the problem spots were and was careful and considerate of my belongings. I had been unable to get the pet stains out fully. Tom and your product removed them and now when I walk into the room I can enjoy it instead of focusing on the 'stains'. It smells fresh, dried quickly and looks great. I won't wait so long next time. And I have already recommended you.
