Friendly hardworking guy did the job and explained how the cleaning process worked. Only disappointment that he didn't tell us to move some small things which were next to stains that he didn't work on; we were right around and we could have easily moved the small computer box to give him better access to the stain.

I was stunned at how clean the carpet was after Zerorez. After it dried it looked almost brand new. We have had the carpet cleaned a few times but none have had the results of Zerorez. I am sorry that it took two trips to get my carpets done properly, but on the bright side the gentleman that came the second trip was super nice and easily saw the portion of the carpet that was not cleaned. He did an excellent job of cleaning the missed area and was very polite and apologetic that the work was not done correctly the first time.
