First of all, Kevin was a rock star!!!! He never misled me about what could be accomplished and the results were beyond expectations!! I am truly impressed. PETER was efficient and very personable. He was able to eradicate some stubborn stains--coffee, overflow from house plant, and even a spot of paint. The end result was a pleasant mild citrus smell. Carpets and upholstery all look clean and fresh. Very very pleased.

The two people who came to clean were friendly,professional and quick. Jamie worked on one badly stained carpet and got it looking about 95% better! The carpets dried well with no residual odor or texture. My carpets look great! Thank you.
