WE were very happy with your carpet service! The young man and lady that came over were very professional and polite. They were thorough, protected all of the molding in the house. They were very fast too. At first I was a little concerned about the quickness of the job but upon inspection the carpet looked great. We were also surprised the man said the carpet would be dry in 5 hours and it was completely, and so soft! No chemical smells left behind ether. We were very satisfied with the whole experience and I have already recommended your company to a few of my friends. Oh yes and the cost was very reasonable! Thanks again!

You showed up on time and and did a wonderful job on our carpet. Also the technician was very good.

I am sorry that it took two trips to get my carpets done properly, but on the bright side the gentleman that came the second trip was super nice and easily saw the portion of the carpet that was not cleaned. He did an excellent job of cleaning the missed area and was very polite and apologetic that the work was not done correctly the first time.

ON TIME - WORK FINISHED QUICKLY - FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

Friendly hardworking guy did the job and explained how the cleaning process worked. Only disappointment that he didn't tell us to move some small things which were next to stains that he didn't work on; we were right around and we could have easily moved the small computer box to give him better access to the stain.
