As someone who is very sensitive to chemical odors, I appreciated the lack of any smell afterward. Also, the carpets were dry in a matter of hours. Jon was fast and attentive to any other needs we might have. Ended up having him also do some upholstery and tile flooring. Everything looks and smells great. All in all, a great experience.

The thing I appreciated the most was the way my carpet was not soak and wet for hours,
I was pleasantly surprised with this cleaning my husband had been wanting me to try
in for months, he listened to Larse Larson refer to it, I will have again for sure.

No chemicals, and the carpets look real good. I think little by little using Zrez, will get all the chemicals out of my carpet.

The service was timely and the technician friendly. The only concern we had was the throw rug that was cleaned around two of our chairs was damp through to the floor. The technician assured my husband that the water did not go through to the bottom. I noticed the carpet was damp when I got home that evening and when we lifted the rug our hardwood floors were damp. We had to pull up the rug and prop it up for the evening off the floor while the rug dried to prevent damage to our wood floors.

THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS BEAUTIFUL AND THERE WAS NO CHEMICAL ODOR AT ALL. JUST A FRESH CLEAN SENT AND SPARKLEING CLEAN CARPETS. THE MAN WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND CLEAN AND THE WORK VEHICLE WAS VERY PRESENTABLE AS WELL. AS MUCH AS ALL OF US HATE TO HAVE STRANGERS IN OUR HOMES, YOUR MAN PERFORMED A VERY ORGANIZED AND EFFICIENT JOB WITH INCREDIBLE WORK ETHICS. HE WAS IN AND OUT IN VERY LITTLE TIME AT ALL AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED. WE WILL DIFFENTLY BE USING YOUR COMPANY AGAIN !! IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT WE HAVE A CARPET CLEANER LIVING NEXT DOOR AND WE CHOSE NOT TO USE HIM. BUT THEN AGAIN,,, THAT'S ANOTHER STORY. THANKS AGAIN FOLKS & YOU DID A SUPER JOB FOR US.

I like the concept of the ionized water to clean with. I drink Kangaan Water.

The service person who came to our home was very professional and informative. He assessed the areas to be cleaned giving me the total cost with no surprises. I was amazed how nice the carpeting looked when he was finished. Usually the house is filled with a perfume smell that causes headaches, when completed the scent in the air was fresh and pleasant not noxious.
It is so good to know a company like this exists, one who cares about the environment, their clients and employees health by providing a safe resolve to my dirty carpets.

Carpet wasn't wet after cleaning. Smell was pleasant and not overpowering. Representative was friendly, polite and completed work quickly.

I heard about your advertisement on the radio. Sounded great, so I booked a time to get my carpets cleaned. The service person was great, and did a wonderful job. Took his time and I had five rooms plus a hall and walk in closet. Your claim on how well the carpets will look after cleaning is 100% true. Spots that other carpet cleaners did not get out are gone. plus paint spots, which I didn't even ask to be worked on, were taken away also.

I have animals, so I appreciate that no harsh chemicals are used to clean my floors. Each person I spoke with regarding this service (the office staff and technician) were friendly and professional.

However, I was disappointed to see the traffic area from the patio slider door to our kitchen area was still so visible(soiled looking). I expected that area would be the same color as rest of carpet in the family room. Thanks!

I like the fact that you got all of the stains out of my carpets which I was not sure was possible. I like the fact that your services are environmentally friendly, and also pet friendly because I have a cat. And I am completing this survey 3 days after the cleaning and the carpets look great.

Everyone I spoke with from the time I booked the appointment were very friendly and knowledgable. They kept their promise and called before arrival and we're right on time. The service consultant discussed everything thoroughly before and after completing the work. The carpets are fresh, clean and look like new. I love that they care about my carpets, my complete satisfaction and the environment.
