The process was great - from making an appointment to completion of service. I'm pleased with the results. Honestly, my 20+ year old carpets have only been cleaned professionally twice (I have personally cleaned them), so I am unable to really compare to other services.

The technician that came to my home was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He did a fabulous job in cleaning all of the carpets, removing the stains, and leaving the carpets looking like new. He also took great care of the recliner and it also looks new and smells great.

We have used Zerorez twice and have been totally satisfied each time. There are no returning spots after several days or weeks, no odor problem. I am not going back to self shampooing or getting another company that uses a soap based product! It's just not worth it.
So far our carpet has remained clean and has a newer look about it. Pleasantly surprised and the technician was a very pleasant young man.
We would highly recommend Zerorez to friends and family.
