This is my second time using the Zerorez company in Tigard and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a top A+ carpet cleaning company. They are very professional & provide an excellent service. I have many allergies so I need to be careful as to what is used to clean my carpets, I have never had any problems with Zerorez. My carpets dry quickly & always feel clean after they are done. I have light carpet in three of my rooms plus 2 dogs & the carpets don't attract dirt like other companies I have used in the past. Very happy customer!

Justin was very friendly, prompt and attentive. He performed "a miracle" by removing a very stubborn, black nail polish stain....amazing! My house no longer has that "pet" smell, and I'm very happy about that!

I kept telling the tech I was not expecting perfection due to old carpet and pet stains. I am so thrilled with the outcome! Justin was so nice and very professional as well as a hard worker.

I have one complaint. When Justin arrived the first thing he asked was to use the bathroom. I did let him but I worked for two companies who sent techs to homes and the number one rule was, "NEVER ASK TO USE THE BATHROOM!" I am handicapped ad had to remove some things so he could use the toilet. I usually say no, but he had gotten into quite a traffic problem getting here and I felt sorry for him. BUT, he was already late, stopping at a service station or fast food place to use the bathroom wouldn't have made him that much later.

I was amazed at how Zerorez was able to remove stains and traffic pattern darkness. I have two small boys and two dogs. I was skeptical that really anything could salvage my carpets...until Zerorez! My carpets look new! They smell great and are jaw-droppingly clean. I am completely satisfied and can't wait to spread the word about Zerorez!

How many times can I sing your praises, but you did it again...Consistantly proficient and courteous, I can always depend on good, expert service from your company. John is a natural leader as I observed him training Skyler who also is a well chosen employee. I cannot be more pleased with your service from the first welcoming voice of your receptionist to each paper-shoed cleaner who comes thru my front door. I must add that I have a feral cat who is scared of everyone, but John. This man is also a "cat whisperer" who cannot hide his genuine tenderness. Thank you for doing business as a thoughtful family.
