Everyone I spoke with from the time I booked the appointment were very friendly and knowledgable. They kept their promise and called before arrival and we're right on time. The service consultant discussed everything thoroughly before and after completing the work. The carpets are fresh, clean and look like new. I love that they care about my carpets, my complete satisfaction and the environment.

It cleaned the carpet really well and didn't leave an odor. The work was completed in less than an hour and the employee called 30 minutes before he arrived, just like they said he would.
Whatever you are using cleans better and gentler than anything I've seen! Our carpet has never looked this good. Also, your tech Justin James was great....professional, efficient and friendly. He did a very nice job cleaning and the products used were not strongly scented. Also, he gave me timely notification of when he would arrive.

The citrus smell was very gentle and not overpowering at all. The carpet is soft, clean, and the stains are gone! The technician was pleasant, explained everything well.
The cleaning agent seems 'green' and I like the feel and smell of the very clean carpets. They were able to get some pet stains out that others have been unable to.

I like the fact that you got all of the stains out of my carpets which I was not sure was possible. I like the fact that your services are environmentally friendly, and also pet friendly because I have a cat. And I am completing this survey 3 days after the cleaning and the carpets look great.
