I have never seen our carpets so clean. In the past I have used Stanly Steemer and after the water dried the stains all returned. I was so pleased that Tom had time to do our stairs. They are beautiful now. I have a dog who loves to hang out on the steps so they were pretty bad. After Tom cleaned them they were like they looked when the were put in 15 years ago. Skylar was a wonderful service technician and explained what we could expect from the cleaning. We had one room that gets a lot of use and he spent extra time getting it cleaned. The previous cleaning by another company removed 2 stains that reappeared within a few days. So far, the stains have not reappeared. We will use you again.

Zerorez of Portland did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning the carpet in one of our Condo Units between tenants. I was shocked that Zerorez was even able to clean it at all; and Justin SHOCKED me with how well he was able to use various products and different applications, depending on what was in/on the carpet, to get the carpet clean. There is no residue, the carpet stays cleaner than with regular cleaners and the people that do the work are friendly, good workers and they do a good job. Thanks for being a carpet cleaning option.
Had carpet cleaned and was amazed how quick the process was. Worried me a little, but one day later it looks great! Spots are all gone and definitely a more plush feel under my feet.
Also cleaned the dryer vents. Good to know it is clean and eager to see if drying time improves

We were initially extremely happy with the results form the carpet cleaning. When the carpet dried the edge areas and another large spot looked dirty. My wife called and you sent the technician back and he explained some of the problems and re-cleaned the area. The work was first rate and we would highly recommend zerorez and Skyler. Skyler is a great ambassador for zerorez.

The technician was on-time and called me when he was on his way, he quickly got to work and got a stain from the dogs out, you can't even tell we have dogs now!

We are very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning by Zerorez. Whatever products were used, worked wonderfully! I was thinking I would have to replace the carpet in the living room, but after the cleaning, I think we can get another few years out of it! The carpet looks great!
