It's no chemical cleaning and that is great!

I do have a suggestion though watch where you park the truck. The tailpipe was to close to our evergreen tree and it burnt a circle of limbs. It will grow back, I think, but it is something the drivers should watch out for.

The carpet felt like it did when we first had it installed. The rust remover did a great job. There weren't any chemical smells. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. It was easy to schedule an appointment and when I needed to change my appointment to another day, the person on the phone was pleasant and efficient.

Both young men were polite and did a fantastic job in a very reasonable time. They called and were able to come an hour early which greatly benefited our schedule. Wish I had asked for more than one business card as I've given away the one I was given and can't remember our service providers name. Apparently he was training the young man who actually did the carpet. Anyway they were great! First name removed

there is no residue left in the carpet to attract dirt. Hopefully that claim is true, if so, I will be a repeat customer
