After service carpet feels, looks and is clean. Not crunchy and water soaked. Skyler was friendly, honest, down to earth and did what he said he would do. We agreed on the service/price and when done it was better than expected. It wasn't that my expectation was low of his ability, it was formed by previous encounters with a different company and how it turned out when they were done.

Carpet tech guy was very friendly and respectful. He asked us if we had any concerning areas on the carpet and made sure all our questions were answered. I also loved that the carpet didn't have a overpowering scent after it was cleaned and it dried very quickly.
