Your technicians are not pushy. The assess the area with an open mind. Our carpet was very soft, but I wanted hard wood floors due to the amount of hair/dander, and whatnot, that was on the pumpkin. Delivery was fast and efficient.

after the cleaning the rug seemed to be very soft to walk on barefoot as compared to other companies we've had. Also the rugs seemed to be cleaner than with other companies.
