Carpet always looks good and feels great on barefeet, really soft. The tech who came to my house was very nice and asked lots of questions to make sure I got the service I wanted and nothing that I didn't want. I appreciate the no hard sell approach.

How quickly the work was completed. The carpet looks good and although there was a slight dampness it was nothing in comparison to how wet my carpet felt when the two times I had Stanley Steemer do it. I especially enjoyed Mindy - the zerorez rep that cleaned my carpet. I'll be having zerorez back soon to do the other half of the basement!! I'll also be giving zerorez a shout out on my facebook page.

The cleaning went very fast and was very effective on our soiled carpet. We had a very
