My carpet looks beautiful! And it's soft. There is a big difference with Zerorez, because there is zerorez! The gentleman who came to our home was kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy. I will call again!

Procedure was simple and effective!
My carpets are 4 years old and are a silk, Karastan, smartstrand carpet and according to manufacture's recomendations they should not be cleaned with any chemical based cleaners. So needless to say I didn't know any carpet cleaning company that did not use chemicals until I heard about Zerorez on 105.1 "The Buzz". The stairs were the worst and they came out beautifully clean as well as a 1 year old wine stain. But they not only look clean, they are incredibly soft again - just like when they were new!
