Kevin was great! He called to say he was on the way, he was very nice, and did a great job.

The technicians took special care to protect the wall corners from being damaged by the hoses (never had a carpet cleaning company do that before!). They worked quickly and efficiently, and paid extra attention to heavy traffic areas. My carpet dried fast and it feels soft and looks renewed. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family.
