I like your service folk. So far - they are as nearly like Les Schwab as possible! Fast, on time, cheerful.

I like the clean, unscented way Zerorez cleans. The telephone employee was kind and sweet. I was surprised the cleaner didn't put styrofoam blocks under end tables, chairs and sofas.

Zerorez is great with communicating from beginning to end. The customer service is great and they make my carpets sparkle (if that's possible)! Again, I am always pleased with the results and will be sure to spread the word!

I like that you use a natural product as possible, and very happy with Tom Cray. He was very good at explaining the process and is a hard worker. He represents your company well!

I was skeptical about you being able to get the spots out of my carpet. Because my regular carpet guy could never get them out. But I was impressed with you guys you did a great job and I plan on using it from now on. And I will recommend you to others!
