That when I expressed dissatisfaction about service, they were "all over" making it right!
We were pleased with most of the work. There are some spots that did not come up with the cleaning. The reason was probably did not have the spot Sub-Extraction done on it. But over all most of the stains came out. One thing I wish that would have been told to me at the time I made the appointment was how much each service was going to be. The cost was much higher than I anticipated. Kevin did tell me the cost once he came but by that time, I felt I couldn't back out of having them clean.
Kevin was a great guy and we really liked him.
We probably will use your services again but I have learned that the price is not what your advertisement says it is.
