Your scheduler got us an appointment within a day or two, your technician/cleaner called ahead of time to give me an approximate ETA and arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable on the process, and explained all of the options available for the cleaning. I don't understand the "product" as such, but I appreciate the young man who worked at my home. However, there are two spots that I feel need a little more attention, that were not apparent when the carpeting was still damp.
