(which he got out!). He worked hard and asked me to double check everything saying he would do more if there were
still some areas that needed more attention. He was friendly and professional and clearly is an expert technician. My carpets looked
terrible when he arrived,..and I actually thought they might be too old and dirty for him to really get clean. That was
almost 2 days ago. They look absolutely new and gorgeous!! I can't say enough good things about Tyron and Zerorez!!

Tell Tyrone that the ice cubes did not work for us...probably older carpet and pad made it harder for indentations to fluff up even with the ice trick.

WE liked the way that the spots were explained to us, and how each 'kind' of spot needed specific treatment to remove it. We were very please with the green product. We already recommended zerorez to two of the families on our cul-de-sac. So if you happen to hear from them, last names are Torland and Newcomb.
