My carpets feel absolutely awesome and look great. Zerorez arrived on time, the cost quoted is what I would've paid but I added protectant to the living room (this was my choice). Corner guards were used so walls wouldn't be damaged and nothing was spilled on the floors. I was very impressed and highly recommend Zerorez.

I like how my carpets werent soaking wet. I like how you dont use shampoo. And my carpet looks great. Guy that did our carpets had awesome customer service. Being in thee service industry myself, I know how important it is to have great customer service. I will definatly hire the company again
