My carpets feel absolutely awesome and look great. Zerorez arrived on time, the cost quoted is what I would've paid but I added protectant to the living room (this was my choice). Corner guards were used so walls wouldn't be damaged and nothing was spilled on the floors. I was very impressed and highly recommend Zerorez.
