I like the clean, unscented way Zerorez cleans. The telephone employee was kind and sweet. I was surprised the cleaner didn't put styrofoam blocks under end tables, chairs and sofas.
Zerorez is great with communicating from beginning to end. The customer service is great and they make my carpets sparkle (if that's possible)! Again, I am always pleased with the results and will be sure to spread the word!

I was skeptical about you being able to get the spots out of my carpet. Because my regular carpet guy could never get them out. But I was impressed with you guys you did a great job and I plan on using it from now on. And I will recommend you to others! The deep clean for my stains from my pet was wonderful and basic clean on my stairs. I have had my carpet cleaned over the 8 years i have had my carpet and this the best it has looked.
