We originally had thought of replao cing our carpet. However, the carpet came out so well that we are putting that option off. The carpet looks outstanding.
You gave us a four hour window which we feel is to wide. In this case, Walter was here one hour after the starting time which was totally reasonable

Person who provided us service called to let us know when to expect him. I liked the corner protectors. Didn't feel as though it was a hard sell. Fast and efficient - final product looks great. And I never do surveys but because he asked nicely I am.
