I like the clean, unscented way Zerorez cleans. The telephone employee was kind and sweet. I was surprised the cleaner didn't put styrofoam blocks under end tables, chairs and sofas.

Promptness, courtesy, quick work

The deep clean for my stains from my pet was wonderful and basic clean on my stairs. I have had my carpet cleaned over the 8 years i have had my carpet and this the best it has looked.

Your scheduler got us an appointment within a day or two, your technician/cleaner called ahead of time to give me an approximate ETA and arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable on the process, and explained all of the options available for the cleaning. He was also courteous, pleasant, and careful in our home. The carpets look great! I would definitely recommend your company to a friend. Thanks.

I don't understand the "product" as such, but I appreciate the young man who worked at my home. However, there are two spots that I feel need a little more attention, that were not apparent when the carpeting was still damp. No artificial chemicals, nice smell, competent friendly staff who really listen and do everything to satisfy our particular needs. The results are great - very thorough cleaning, and John always shares information that could be helpful for us in the future. Zerorez fulfills all our expectations for good service!
