I like the clean, unscented way Zerorez cleans. The telephone employee was kind and sweet. I was surprised the cleaner didn't put styrofoam blocks under end tables, chairs and sofas.

Zerorez is great with communicating from beginning to end. The customer service is great and they make my carpets sparkle (if that's possible)! Again, I am always pleased with the results and will be sure to spread the word!

I like that you use a natural product as possible, and very happy with Tom Cray. He was very good at explaining the process and is a hard worker. He represents your company well!

I was skeptical about you being able to get the spots out of my carpet. Because my regular carpet guy could never get them out. But I was impressed with you guys you did a great job and I plan on using it from now on. And I will recommend you to others! Promptness, courtesy, quick work

The deep clean for my stains from my pet was wonderful and basic clean on my stairs. I have had my carpet cleaned over the 8 years i have had my carpet and this the best it has looked.

Your scheduler got us an appointment within a day or two, your technician/cleaner called ahead of time to give me an approximate ETA and arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable on the process, and explained all of the options available for the cleaning.
