The carpet cleaning guys who have done the work are always knowledgeable, respectful, and hard workers. There is no lingering product odor after my carpet is cleaned, in fact the next day the house smells particularly fresh because of the clean. No scent detectable, and pet stains are gone.

Prompt, courteous service -- and my carpet looks terrific. The person who assisted me with the appointment was very helpful and the young gentleman who cleaned my carpets was terrific. He took time to explain every thing, make helpful recommendations and worked with his office to adjust my bill once he'd seen the actual size of areas that would be treated. He was clean, considerate and efficient. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
Technician was courteous and arrived on time; he explained the process and was knowledgeable about the area rug and other 'spotted' areas. He was efficient and all of the areas of concern came out stain-free, carpets dried fairly quickly.

The technicians and staff appear to care about serving the customer, they are very professional, and nice to work with. You cared enough to send someone to re-clean my carpet a second time as the first time wasn't quite enough to get the dog pee smell out. I assumed that was due to the mild nature of the zerorez process. I don't like calling the office and the phone rings and rings and no one answers.
