The guy called in route, when here we reviewed what was needed, talked about animal spray stuff, costs, etc and I selected and off he went. Got it done, no worries. Glenn, good guy. Your service Tech called to advise of his arrival time. And arrived when he said he would. Your advertisements are accurate! We had large area rugs cleaned that has been soiled by a very sick cat. The odor is not detectable and the carpets are soft. Not stiff. And the short dry period was amazing.
