Initial phone contact was good, unformed me of what process is, costs,etc and then we scheduled the service. On that day I really appreciate the call to update me as to when the guy would arrive. The guy called in route, when here we reviewed what was needed, talked about animal spray stuff, costs, etc and I selected and off he went. Got it done, no worries. Glenn, good guy. Home smells, well, not like animal and 10 years of no cleaning...
