I love that my carpets are very clean and it was quick. The best part is that I didn't have to hear a sales pitch to buy a bunch of stuff. I no longer use Stanley Steamer for that reason. They send 2 guys, one to work over the carpet and one to work you over. I really appreciate Justin's knowledge and professionalism.

communicated clearly, showed up on time, worked hard, the bill was less than quoted. The citrus degreaser was over powering, had to open windows, developed a slight throat irritation from it. Woke up feeling stuffed up, and had a sinus headache and runny nose. possible due to the cleaning of the furniture and rugs left a moist environment till dried. all in all I'm satisfied with the job. Anthony was the technician who came out to my home. He was on time. Very polite. He didn't waste any time. He surveyed what needed to be done told me what needed to done and how much. Very close to what I was quoted over the phone. The woman who quoted me had given me an estimated price. Said that it might vary slightly to what it actually cost, pending any extra due to excessive stains or more area then what they were told. Anthony was quick and thorough. Very efficient. The end result was great. Very clean on all the areas. I would recommend this service to anyone

I liked your customer service because the office kept me updated when your associate was going to arrive. He was running late because the job before ours was running late. I also appreciated that the associate was so nice and helpful. He was very professional and wanted to know several times if I had any questions. As for the cleaning itself, it turned out better then I expected. We had some high traffic areas which cleaned up beautifully. The carpet is so soft now and it took less time to dry. I had used another service before but your product and service is so much better. I'm very happy with the results.
