Jon was on time, worked efficiently and explained the processes as he went. We have dogs and he was able to pretreat and clean multiple areas so that they looked practically new. He worked diligently the entire time he was here but took the time to have me inspect his work as he went along. I'm interested to see how long the carpets stay fresh looking with the process that ZeroRez uses.

The technician was on time--in fact, he arrived early. I like the fact that the office communicated via email, let us know what we should expect, what we needed to do prior to the carpet cleaning, and followed up afterwards.
Joel, the service technician, was knowledgeable and conscientious about carpet cleaning. He cleaned my carpet as if it were his own and restored it as good as new!
