The technician came on time.....we walked through the areas that needed to be cleaned and he asked me what areas I was concerned about. He did an excellent job and we wsalked through again to make sure I was satisfied. The carpet was a bit wet, so he put fan on and was willing to stay longer to help get them dry, but I had three fans of my own. I opened all the windows and door, set up three turbo fans, and the carpet was pretty dry in 12 hours. When dry, the carpet looks great.

The service technician arrived on time. I showed him the problem areas on my carpet. I had a soda stain in my living room. The stain was so bad that I thought I might have to buy new carpet. The technician pretreated the soda stain and to my surprise, the stain came out after the carpet was cleaned. I had a tar or tree pitch stain in my bedroom and the technician was able to remove that one too. I am very happy with the service I received. I will use Zerorez in the future. I don't know why I waited so long to have my carpets cleaned.

Non-chemical products and knowledgeable and friendly employees.

I specifically chose ZeroRez for the fact they do not use soap, and in fact they explain how soap residue actually attracts dirt. They did a terrific job in my apartment, and even worked out a way to haul the hose up 3 stories and over my balcony. This is the only carpet cleaning company I would ever use in the future.

Tom is the employee that did all the hard work cleaning my carpets, rugs and furniture. He was knowledgeable, confident, friendly and polite. He not only explained the process but he patiently answered all my questions including about the products used in the cleaning process.. I appreciate his work ethics and the outcome of his hard work. He also recommended I call the company within 30 days if any spots reappear and it will be taken care of.
Now about the products. I was so amazed I could be in my apartment the entire time without my asthma being triggered and everything is clean. That says it all for me. I will call Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning needs. Next time I won't wait so long to make a that call.
By the way, the office staff was very friendly when I called to set the appointment up and when I had to call back to reschedule due to a conflict on the original date. Thank you Zerorez for a very positive and affordable experience.
