Our carpet is about 20 years old and is a fairly light taupe. With 4 dogs, we struggle to keep it clean. After the service, the carpet looked, smelled and felt amazing! And, having our sectional cleaned was definitely worth it. It is soft and smells great.

Jon was on time, worked efficiently and explained the processes as he went. We have dogs and he was able to pretreat and clean multiple areas so that they looked practically new. He worked diligently the entire time he was here but took the time to have me inspect his work as he went along. I'm interested to see how long the carpets stay fresh looking with the process that ZeroRez uses.
