When Josiah showed up to do my carpets (on time, thank you!) he took special care to get the carpets as clean as they could be, considering the wear and tear that the carpets had already undergone. Technician showed up toward the early part of my time window, which was a plus. He was very professional and friendly. My carpets weren't in too terrible shape, but they definitely needed a cleaning (2 kids and dog). I am so happy with the result! Our front door opens to our stairs, which were the worst offenders by far. Was getting to the point I was didn't like turning on the entryway lights because it highlighted the dirt. It's all gone! They look great.
