We were a little shocked after they made a measurement of our space included in the 3 room price. I feel that there needs to be a little clarity of what they consider a "room"! The quoted price was $139.00, the measurement price was $259.00. The technician Tyler was great, we worked out a satisfactory price and he did a great job on the carpets. We were very pleased with the job he did and will definitely be a return customer.
The mattress treatment and cleaning really worked to get out the pet urine that we unfortunately had on our bed. The carpet cleaning didn't leave an odor and seemed to get rid of the musky smell that was present in those rooms with carpet.
No chemicals or smelly products. Service was on time and quick.
