I like the way the carpets look and smell after cleaning. No chemicals. They take an extra care with the stains and seem to know what to do to get rid of them if anyone can. Only problem is that it is hard to locate a Zerorez carpet cleaner on the internet. Even if you search "Zerorez" you are likely to get other carpet cleaner companies that do not use Zerorez. That's the only problem I have had and probably someone who is a bit more savvy on the internet wouldn't have that problem.
