The experience we had with Zerorez was professional from booking to completion. The technician did a great job assessing the carpet situation and recommending the best solution, while understanding the budget. The carpet that was cleaned had many pet stains and since the cleaning, the spots are gone and the pet odor is greatly reduced. I will use Zerorez in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Were left with a couple of spots and I took some spot cleaner and removed them....would have thought you would have something to take care of that. Also thought might have done around the edges. But was pleased overall with the service.

I love the way my carpet feels. The technician was on time, pleasant and did an excellent job of going over everything with me.
The service took his time and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. The carpet was pretty much dry by the end of the day which is wonderful! The only complaint is that when the receipt was emailed to me, I was doubled charged for the protectant. I did call the office and they will send me the $40.
