I have had you come out two or three times and the carpets look great. The technician was great. He was very diplomatic about my place smelling like cat urine! I was embarrassed. You don't always know when you are used to it. Big difference after the cleaning. My sister recommended zerorez and I will also..also had my used couch cleaned and it looks great.
