Decrease the cost of pet stain treatment! It is outrageous!

My $129 "special" ended up being $462(with a bag of canned food thrown in by me)after pet stain were found and I agreed to treatment. I was a little annoyed (not with Glen, he was great) b/c one of them was from PRIOR to the last cleaning when I specifically had that stain treated. (And, yes, I know it was NOT new.)

Also, as I said, Glen was great and the carpets are really nice and clean this time. Last time your person was not as good and the carpets were not left in good shape. I almost did not use you again.

So.... reduce the cost of pet stain treatment and make sure your people are well trained and ready to do a good job.

The cleaning tech was on time, knew his business and techniques, did a good job, and was a pleasure to talk with. The carpet is clean and soft again, not just rinsed and perfumed over.

Some of the stain in my carpet didn't come out but other than that its good!

My favorite tech Joel "nails" it every time. He cleaned all the carpets in the houe I just sold and yesterday he removed every black spot on my light cream colored sleeper sofa making it look like new.

Our carpet came out clean and dried quickly. Joel did an excellent job and came out on Saturday on his day off to make up for a day of icy weather the day before. I had gotten a job transfer the week before and only had a couple of eeeks to get our home ready to sell. Great job Joel!

Tom was very courteous - gave me a call to say he was on his way. he got right to work and finished the carpets and recliners in no time. The carpets and recliners dried nicely and in a reasonable amount of time.

Your employee was profession and work very hard to clean the hard traffic areas of our home. I have never seen a person work so hard to please the customer. We have very high grade carpet and now after years of hard uses it look new thanks to Zerorez. There can not be a better carpet cleaning company on earth than yours. I love that my carpets are very clean and it was quick. The best part is that I didn't have to hear a sales pitch to buy a bunch of stuff. I no longer use Stanley Steamer for that reason. They send 2 guys, one to work over the carpet and one to work you over. I really appreciate Justin's knowledge and professionalism.
