The service took his time and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. The carpet was pretty much dry by the end of the day which is wonderful! The only complaint is that when the receipt was emailed to me, I was doubled charged for the protectant. I did call the office and they will send me the $40.

It's Green safe. I know when my grandchild comes and is on a "clean" carpet there won't be any thought of what is coming in contact with the skin or clothing. My dirty carpet did come out clean and fresher smelling in my home.

Not only do our carpets look great after you clean, but the cleaners/cleaning method you use doesn't irritate any of our allergies. And the technician we had (for the second time) is great. He knows more about carpets and how to take care of them than we had expected.

The experience we had with Zerorez was professional from booking to completion. The technician did a great job assessing the carpet situation and recommending the best solution, while understanding the budget. The carpet that was cleaned had many pet stains and since the cleaning, the spots are gone and the pet odor is greatly reduced. I will use Zerorez in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Was very pleased with the service and with the young man doing the work.
Were left with a couple of spots and I took some spot cleaner and removed them....would have thought you would have something to take care of that. Also thought might have done around the edges. But was pleased overall with the service.

FYI: We used your company at the recommendation of our contractor. However, I never would have hired your company. This is a case where the local
"celebrity" who advertises for you, Lars Larson, is so offensive to me that I'd never support a company who uses him to promote their services. Because I of this, I will not recommend your company and though we are pleased with the service and your technician, I will not use you again.
