My carpets look great and the man was very respectful of my furniture and me and very nice and neat and did an outstanding job and cleaned my shower too! It looks wonderful! The carpet dried quicker than last time I had it done and I couldn't be any happier than I am with the work he did. He sent me a text to tell me he was on his way but for some reason my phone did not get it although when I did get it later it said that it had been sent earlier which he said he did. One thing I forgot was the two cans of food for the stain resistant stuff that they advertise on the radio. Darn me! I will highly recommend you all to other people and wouldn't think of anyone else I would want to use next time! Decrease the cost of pet stain treatment! It is outrageous!

My $129 "special" ended up being $462(with a bag of canned food thrown in by me)after pet stain were found and I agreed to treatment. I was a little annoyed (not with Glen, he was great) b/c one of them was from PRIOR to the last cleaning when I specifically had that stain treated. (And, yes, I know it was NOT new.)

Also, as I said, Glen was great and the carpets are really nice and clean this time. Last time your person was not as good and the carpets were not left in good shape. I almost did not use you again.

So.... reduce the cost of pet stain treatment and make sure your people are well trained and ready to do a good job.

The cleaning tech was on time, knew his business and techniques, did a good job, and was a pleasure to talk with. The carpet is clean and soft again, not just rinsed and perfumed over.
