The service technition was on time. He was polite and respectful. He assessed all of the areas before starting and had a final price. When he got started he placed corner protectors in all of the areas his hose could possibly touch. He pretty timely in the cleaning and left the place clean and neat.

My high traffic areas where treated and they came clean. I also liked that Keith used a machine to puff up my carpet I guess vacuum and get anything I missed from vacuuming the night before.
