The experience we had with Zerorez was professional from booking to completion. The technician did a great job assessing the carpet situation and recommending the best solution, while understanding the budget. The carpet that was cleaned had many pet stains and since the cleaning, the spots are gone and the pet odor is greatly reduced. I will use Zerorez in the future and recommend to family and friends.

Were left with a couple of spots and I took some spot cleaner and removed them....would have thought you would have something to take care of that. Also thought might have done around the edges. But was pleased overall with the service.

"celebrity" who advertises for you, Lars Larson, is so offensive to me that I'd never support a company who uses him to promote their services. Because I of this, I will not recommend your company and though we are pleased with the service and your technician, I will not use you again.

I like that my carpets feel fresh and clean.

I like the way the carpets look and smell after cleaning. No chemicals. They take an extra care with the stains and seem to know what to do to get rid of them if anyone can. Only problem is that it is hard to locate a Zerorez carpet cleaner on the internet. Even if you search "Zerorez" you are likely to get other carpet cleaner companies that do not use Zerorez. That's the only problem I have had and probably someone who is a bit more savvy on the internet wouldn't have that problem.
