Super-straightforward in discussing services, very professional, reasonable pricing (it's not cheap, but the quality is great), you stand behind your work (we had an ottoman that the stains came back on and you came back out and resolved it no questions asked), great communication and follow up, the people that actually come into your house to clean are polite, professional and know their business!
I have not had my carpets cleaned in a very long time. Zerorez was really great Kevin did a great job. Everything turned out rally good! The stains are gone and my house smells clean and fresh.I will call again when it is time.I will also refer them to friends.
Zerorez did everything they said they would do. They called on their way to our home. They charged exactly what they said they would charge us. Our carpets are beautiful and clean! They explained how there system worked and were very careful while doing the cleaning and wore shoe protectors when ever entering any carpet area. Also did the cleaning on the back of my pick up ( full size bed rug ). elimating the smell of my dog smells very good now. Both Service persons were very good at doing the work and I would recommend Zerorez to anyone Thanks again for a job well done.
The technician was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain the process and was very cautious with all the hoses etc. Then the best part was upon completion my carpet looked brand NEW!! He did an excellent job.
I suppose the only thing I would have appreciated was a little more communication about the additional costs needed to do the job correctly. I was happy to pay it but the total $ vs the estimated $ was over $100.
Technician was informative and helpful in explaining what he was using and why. He was able to get all the pet stains from previous owners out of our carpets.
