Jamie was terrific from start to finish, that is the best part. Yes, my carpet is astonishingly fresh, soft and fragrance-free. But what would really bring me back is this high level of professionalism .
Jamie phoned with an arrival time, looked things over well and communicated the plan and offered good advice .
She was courteous and helpful, genuine and sincere.

You use less water, you come when you say you will, it is easy to book an appointment with you, your service people (Jacob) are wonderful, and I think your cleaning solution does very well. You also got out some very hard stains.

I was at the house for the cleaning as my daughter was at work. Live in another state and have no experience with this company. Jacob was the best, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
