Scheduling online was easy. Confirmation happened in a timely manner. Carpet cleaner Nick showed up on time, after the promised 30” head’s-up phone call. Technician was nice, friendly, efficient. He got the job done quickly. Carpets are clean and the 2 stains I was concerned about were cleaned up. Corners were protected from rubbing by hoses. No issues. Will use again.

Jacob was on time. He gave us an estimate for the pets' stains( puppy is housebroken now!) And performed magic. He was courteous and we were impressed. i think we need to be on a schedule now! Thank you Zerorez!

The individual who came to do my service was wonderful. They were very kind, made me feel comfortable and informed about how to proceed and what would work best for our specific situation. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help and were not overly pushy to do additional services. The carpet looked amazing after they left and still looks great a few days later. The wet carpet dried quickly. And the service man worked extra long to get the water out. He should be commended for that and put it in his personnel file.

The technician, Wyatt, thoughtfully explained the process to me, plus gave more information when he finished cleaning. There was no odor after the cleaning was finished, and the carpet & upholstery dried quickly.

They were quick to get us an appointment, comunicated well, and did a quick and thorough job.

Matthew was great to work with and did magic on our carpets.

I was disappointed that Zerorez had to reschedule the appointment due to lack of technicians.

I like that no soap suds will be in my carpet, we have such a water machine for our personal use, and all of our cleaning is done with PH 11, so we use very few chemicals. And your employees are tops.
