As my Mother’s home is small and not much carpet, her Berber carpet being healthy and cleaned is important to me in her continued quality of life. The service Tech, Matt was very knowledgeable & friendly. The service & cleanliness of the carpet exceeded my expectations. There were some stains that were pretty bad & Matt let me know ahead of time that they might not come out ~ but they did ~ under promised & over delivered!!!

It was easy to make an appointment. Rainel's explanation of the procedure was very thorough. He was efficient and removed all of our stains, including a large coffee stain. Our carpet looks wonderful! We will be sure to hire Zerorez again.
