Scheduling online was easy. Confirmation happened in a timely manner. Carpet cleaner Nick showed up on time, after the promised 30” head’s-up phone call. Technician was nice, friendly, efficient. He got the job done quickly. Carpets are clean and the 2 stains I was concerned about were cleaned up. Corners were protected from rubbing by hoses. No issues. Will use again.

Jacob was on time. He gave us an estimate for the pets' stains( puppy is housebroken now!) And performed magic. He was courteous and we were impressed. i think we need to be on a schedule now! Thank you Zerorez!

The individual who came to do my service was wonderful. They were very kind, made me feel comfortable and informed about how to proceed and what would work best for our specific situation. It felt like they genuinely wanted to help and were not overly pushy to do additional services. The carpet looked amazing after they left and still looks great a few days later.
