You use less water, you come when you say you will, it is easy to book an appointment with you, your service people (Jacob) are wonderful, and I think your cleaning solution does very well. You also got out some very hard stains.

My technician, Matt, was great! Very professional, explained the products and service options very thoroughly, and he did a great job.

I also appreciated the low odor of the cleaning products. Especially because I’m doing a radon test and had to close up the house about 8hours after the carpet cleaning. With the house all closed up, there is a little bit of a cleaning odor, but it’s relatively faint.

I was very pleased with Matt’s service and professionalism, and am also very pleased with the final result. I will use Zerorez again in the future and recommend the company to others.

After hearing Lars Larson for many years on KXL recommend ZEROREZ and not knowing who to call after decades of using a local carpet cleaning company, I decided to take Lar's advice and contact ZEROREZ. The entire experience from scheduling the appointment online to completing the payment transaction was one that I will definitely chose for future service. Matt, my technician called prior his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reviewed how the entire process would be done. I noticed the care that was taken especially with the wall corner protectors to prevent possible damage from the hoses and equipment. Matt assisted me with moving some smaller pieces that I hadn't thought to move prior to his arrival. He explained why two of the smaller stains would not be removed completely as I had tried to remove them prior to this cleaning and how the fibers had been bleached which made it impossible to bring back the color. It was a minor issue but Matt's explanation brought home that "spot cleaning" many times is not the best solution and could bleach the fibers. After the cleaning was complete, the payment process was very easy and secure. I received an email receipt with all services listed by room and prices for each. Matt is an asset to ZEROREZ. I, as a business owner notice when an employee cares about his company and his dedication and contribution to it as well as to his customers and their satisfaction in his performance. Thank You!
