The wet carpet dried quickly. And the service man worked extra long to get the water out. He should be commended for that and put it in his personnel file.

The technician, Wyatt, thoughtfully explained the process to me, plus gave more information when he finished cleaning. There was no odor after the cleaning was finished, and the carpet & upholstery dried quickly.

I like that no soap suds will be in my carpet, we have such a water machine for our personal use, and all of our cleaning is done with PH 11, so we use very few chemicals. And your employees are tops.

I love the clean, soft results of the Zerorez process. The bonus this time was the top notch customer service I received from Jamie. Her attention to detail and expertise is the reason I return to Zerorez year after year.

I love that it drys fast. I do not love that doors have to be open 90+ minutes for hoses. We had about 50 Flys clinging to the windows.
