Carpets much cleaner. Our carpets in den and bedroom fairly dirty due to husband walking with a walker and dragging feet. Den much better. Bedroom some better. Wondered if the dirt might have just been spread a little more in our bedroom, but better than it was. Stairs great! Living/dining room good. Second bedroom good.

Carpet looks great for never being cleaned in 12 years! Although a slight odor for a couple of days, it is not overwhelming.

I thought that Chris and Jackson were absolutely stellar. They explain what they were going to do explain the cost and what about the task in a professional manner. They didn't excellent job. I recommend zerorez everybody !
It all starts with the technician; the customer service rep. Tyler had a trusting persona and was professional and respectful. He explained the service well and answered my questions. He did a great job and was thorough. I wish him the best throughout his work with Zeroez.

Very personable gentleman. He did a fantastic job. It had been many years since the carpet had been cleaned and I was very pleased that it really looks good now. I had a meeting here the next morning and the ladies first question was "Who did your carpet?" They were impressed!
