The technician did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. Not only did he do it well, but very quickly too. I couldn't believe when he said he had finished. He also offered me a few shoe coverings for movers to wear who would be moving my things in later in the week. I used Zerorez in the Bay Area and was very happy with them then and am equally happy with the Portland crew. Thanks.

The technicians (John and...?) were very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. They made a couple of recommendations that I followed, providing pricing information to help in my decision making. The carpets look fantastic, and there was no smell left behind. Normally I like fragrance (i.e. candles), but there wasn’t any – which was actually great.
