The technician was very informative and pleasant. The shorter dry time was perfect for my needs and i really like the idea of no soap residue.

The employees that come in our home are respectful and friendly. They always keep us up to date on their timing and if they think they'll be late they let us know. The work they do is very efficient. Our carpet is almost dry when they leave and it smells great! No chemical smell just a slight citrus hint in the air.

My cleaner John showed up on time, was neat and clean and wore his booties throughout the house. John has to be your most conscience person you employ. Any little spot he pointed out and worked very hard on all of the rooms. John was very knowledgeable on your products and was extremely easy to talk with. There was no odor from cleaning products. Also, the young man who did the work was very professional, spoke well, explained the process fully and was very personable. I was surprised how quickly the job was done and the carpet looks great and the bad spots gone.
