Customer friendly..and quick

The young man that cleaned the carpets was very polite and did a good job, but it cost about $20 more than it did last time and wasn't quite as clean as when we had it done in March. With that being said, the carpet is old (especially the one in our room which is about 18-20 years old and is light colored), and I could tell that the young man cleaning them worked hard to get stains up! (I appreciated him calling me in to show me which ones he could get completely up.) I think I will stay with Zerorez because I liked not having to worry about drying and having the carpet be crunchy...I'm not sure why they didn't look "quite as clean" as last time, except that it had been four months. Thank you!!

My technician was on time, very courteous and professional and did an excellent job on my carpets. He explained everything about the process and made recommendations for my particular stains, but was not pushy to sell me unnecessary products. My carpets look fantastic and I am very pleased!

Carpets look great excellent job! We had not cleaned them for 3 to 4 years so they were very dirty! Tech was extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to get all of our stains out. A happy customer.

Gabriel was very honest and upfront about the services that you offered. He walked through and gave some up sale options but wasn't pushy and didn't try to over sell. Since my wife and kids were at home I found that to be really nice. Lots of people would try and sell things not needed since it is a female they are dealing with. Not Gabriel he was awesome and did an amazing job with our carpets.

Your representative, Zachery, was very professional, efficient and on time. He appeared to be very knowledgeable was cooperative and respectful. There were some stains that could not be removed but he explained the reasons why. Overall, we are happy with the results. We would recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.

Polite and professional technicians. I have a greater level of trust with Zerorez than with other carpet and floor cleaning services. This is based on past experience with Zerorez as well as our most recent cleaning. The pricing is fair and the end result is clean carpets,tile floors and furniture.

Smell, professional service

Nick did a wonderful job. I was so surprised that the clay in my grout on the floor was able to be cleaned, of course not completely as it's been there a long time, but so much better. I am very happy with my carpet and the tile

Great cleaning service

I have used Zerorez at my Utah home for years, so when I came to Beaverton, Oregon and found that there was a Zerorez dealer here I was excited to see if they provide the great service I have previously experienced. I was not disappointed. Although the cost per square foot was about 20% more than I previously have paid. I did so because of the workmanship and consistency in quality. I will use Zerorez of Portland again. I hope to find a coupon next time, however if I can't I would still use them.
