The best cleaning service.

We like the absence of harsh chemicals. We like the clear explanations, customer service focus, and the success of the stain extractions. That said, I was not pleased to hear that there were add on services (such as extractions and protectant) that were not explained in advance on the phone. It was MUCH more expensive than we expected going in. At the same time, we are pleased with the end result.

I like the fact that you clean without using chemicals. The technician was very thorough and we knew the options and cost before he started. He quietly went about his job and had me check it before he left. He was professional. We once had a young technician from Zerorez who was high on marijuana and the smell was obnoxious. I reported it to your company and never heard back. For this reason, I hesitate to recommend your company to my friends as we are older and some would be upset by this. I spoke with the young man and told him that he was representing your company and that I was certain you would not like him driving your van in his condition. I continue to use your service with reservation. Now I check out the tech before he enters my house. I understand that you can only be as good as your employees and how difficult it can be to know you have hired a good one. I was just disappointed in the fact that I reported it and got no feedback. However the work quality is usually good to excellent. This last tech was excellent.

The rep was a fine young man, knowledgeable and friendly. Interesting that some old stains which other carpet cleaning companies were unable to either remove or lessen their appearance, the ZEROREZ process pretty much handled. Seems to be an efficient service and focused on happy customers.

The person who cleaned my carpets was very friendly and professional.

There is nothing we have experienced that we don’t like. We had a great young man whose name I can’t recall now. He was very polite, efficient and professional. He answered all our questions. He was obviously well informed and experienced. Our carpets dried good and look wonderful!

First thing is clean carpets. No smell and carpets are soft when completed. Your technicians are very professional. Yesterday we had Jackson here to clean them. He did an excellent job; very polite and accommodating.
