The carpet cleaning job at my home went very well. The technician, Nick, was on time and was courteous. He answered all my questions then completed the job quickly. I particularly liked the absence of up-selling or cross-selling additional services.

I've been using ZeroRez for about 2 years now. Have found them to be very competitively priced, with great response time and courteous, knowledgeable professionalism. Our carpets are off-white, and we have a busy, dirt-tracking crew of two dogs and two teenage boys. The living/dining room carpet can get really nasty, especially in the highest traffic area, but ZeroRez has taken care of it beautifully every time, returning at no extra charge to go over a section that "wicked" at no extra charge. I will add that, Gabriel, the technician who most recently cleaned the carpet, did an outstanding job of ensuring the "wicking" we've previously dealt with would not be an issue. He was both professional and kind, and our carpet looks better than we could have hoped!
I like no sticky residue and how quickly it dries. Jonah the technician was awesome. Our carpets look great.
Good work, courteous technician.
I like freshness of the products. There is no chemical smell and everything seems healthier. The staff is always great. I just sent your info to a friend today!
No chemical smell was awesome. My couch looks brand new again! Technician was great with my talkative 5 year old.
The carpets look and feel good. The couch is clean. There were no odors left. Nick was pleasant and helpful and did a great job. He showed up on time for both houses. The results are much better than the "bargain" cleaning we have gotten in the past, and we will use Zerorez next time we need carpet cleaning.
Knowledge, friendliness, cleanliness.
Zach was very professional, and gave us different prices so we could choose what we wanted!! Carpet was very stained he did a very good job!!
The carpets smell great, look fabulous, dried quickly. Our technician worked efficiently in 100 degree heat and has a great personality. I have used Zerorez in the past and will always call on them in the future.
