Your serviceman, Noah was wonderful. He explained everything, was very patient with my puppy, and did an excellent job cleaning. The only thing that I found difficult was the 4 hour window, which I hadn't understood when setting up the appointment. That is a long time to have a house set up ready to go and try to live around the inconvenient setup for 4 hours before being able to leave the house.

What do you like about our products and services?

The staff is helpful, accommodating, prompt and friendly. Zerorez cleaned carpets look and feel amazing and dry in no-time. Had them clean my ceramic tile which now looks better than it has in years...

Chris Taylor is a customer service pro. Arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, walked us through the problem areas and gave suggestions to solve the issues without being pushy. He took the time to do a fantastic job, went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. We will be using Zerorez again and requesting Chris.
