You're technicians Ra'nel and Bentley were awesome. Ra'nel called ahead of time to let me know they would be there in 20 25 minutes and 20 minutes later they were there. He went over all the options and possibilities that can or could take place. I opted to have the deodorizer for a couple of rooms. I was so amazingly pleased with the job your guys did. I've already recommended you to a few people. Bentley was a very hard worker and just a pleasure. I'll call again when the time comes to clean again.

I have used your service for several years. I had my carpet cleaned yesterday (Monday). I have always appreciated that after the cleaning my carpet wasn't horribly wet. Yesterday, my carpet was so wet when the technician left, that carpet and pad actually bubbled. It was very wet to the touch. That had never happened before. I will continue to use your service, but wanted to make that comment.

You were recommended to me by a friend. She is very "picky." She raved about the service. I'm joining her bandwagon. The technician called, he was early, did a wonderful job and most important, the price was right. I would not hesitate to re-recommend Zerorez. I'm picky too.

The staff does a great job of explaining the pricing before the work is started as well as cleaning my carpets with environmentally friendly products to look almost as good as new. I have two dogs, so even with spot cleaning, it's hard to keep my carpets clean.

The technicians are always courteous, on time, and the carpets dry very quickly. They don't just douse it with water, they actually clean the carpets. Overall we are very happy with Zerorez.

Our technician Gabriel did a wonderful job. It was easy to set the appointment and he explained many useful things during the appointment. Our carpets look like new after he was finished and the protective product applied should keep them easy to clean until our next appointment. Arrived in a timely manner. Did a great job. Went over some dark stains several times to make sure they were removed.
I’m am really embarassed to admit, my carpet hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed 10 years ago. The areas of heavy foot traffic even came clean. I honestly thought we would need to replace the carpeting, it was so dirty and stained. But, ZEROREZ really did the trick.
