Our Techician Rafael Gamarra was fantastic! We great cleaening through out! Our carpet hasn't looked this good in years! We got several stains out and treatmented areas where our little dog lucy had accidents.. Rafeal was friendly and very thorogh and his work was fantastic. Please make sure that ALL your technicians are as knowledgeable and thorogh as Rafael was.

I have stains that are not easy to remove, however, Zerorez does an excellent job of making my carpet look beautiful. The men who do the work are always friendly and cooperative and do a great job of explaining the process. The last cleaning by Gabriel was over the top.

Carpets look amazing when finished. Carpets don't have much wetness when serviceman is done. Serviceman is professional and nice.
