The tech was informed and communicated what I needed to know and allowed me to ask questions. The job was done pretty quickly. Making the appointment online was easy. We really like that there is not soapy residue left in our carpeting.

He did a beautiful job on our very soiled dining room and living room carpets. My only complaint is the extra cost per foot of stain roomer on top of the 3 rooms for $129. Cost estimate online when scheduling was around $232 but we ended up paying close to $400. You do a great job though and I am happy with the cleaning just not thrilled about extra costs.
