My chairs looked brand new! It didn’t take long for them to dry and were back in the living room that evening.

Your tech Gabriel was very nice and did not push me into services I didn't want at the time. He did tell me what services you have and explained what he was doing.Gabriel was on time and efficient. Today the carpet looks great. The spots are gone and it is soft to the touch. Your ad on kink are spot-on. Thanks for the good job.

I really appreciated the calls to advise me of when the technician would be arriving. Jackson was very friendly and did a great job on our carpets. The only negative I have to report is that the van that Jackson parked in our driveway left oil spots on our just cleaned driveway. Jackson was great though!

Our carpet looks very clean. Our service technician was friendly, professional, and did a great job.

Chris arrived at 6:30 and was extremely cheerful and enthusiastic even after having a full day of cleaning. He worked hard at removing some stubborn spots and made sure we were very happy before leaving. The house looks great - thanks!

Chris did a great job. He worked really hard and got the pet stains out. He made sure I was happy with the job and asked if I needed anything else. He was very professional and concerned about taking care of the carpet the way I wanted it done. Thank you so much.

Service was excellent. Worked very hard. Results were almost perfect. Kind of expensive. Every little thing was an add-on charge, which seemed to double the cost from the original estimate.

Zerorez does a very good job cleaning my carpets. This last time was excellent and probably the best my carpets have ever looked after cleaning. Jackson was the one who cleaned my carpets and I ended up having him clean my couch also and it looks great. He took his time without being so rushed and I think that was key! I think he was getting texts saying he was taking too long, but I had 3 rooms to clean and the couch! In the past I think some of the cleaners didn’t take long enough! Jackson was professional and yet personable which I appreciated!

Jon was professional and personable. He worked quickly and did a great job and I like that the floors don't have the stiff residue feel left by other carpet companies.
