He did a beautiful job on our very soiled dining room and living room carpets. My only complaint is the extra cost per foot of stain roomer on top of the 3 rooms for $129. Cost estimate online when scheduling was around $232 but we ended up paying close to $400. You do a great job though and I am happy with the cleaning just not thrilled about extra costs.
This was the best experience with Zerorez yet! The technician knows his stuff. He's polite, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job!

The Zerorez employee was professional, friendly, and thorough. We had a large urine spill in my disabled son's bedroom and we had to do the urine treatment which was quite expensive but we felt it was necessary to save the carpet. We may need to have someone back if the urine smell does not go away - the work was guaranteed so that is why we decided to do the extra urine clean up. I kept hearing about Zerorez from the Lars Larsen show.

Cranberry juice got spilled on our carpets years ago. I called another company to come and clean the carpet but they could not get the cranberry juice stain out of the carpet. It wasn’t just a little cranberry juice it was a lot of cranberry juice. I heard about Zerorez on the radio. So I called them. They came and the stain disappeared. That was over eight years ago. I’d recommend Zerorz toanyone and everyone. They work with your budget and do what you need to have done to take out stains or pet odors. I don’t think I’ll change to hardwood floors as long as I have Zerorez to keep my carpets, now 20 years old, clean. Thank you, to office staff and technicians. You do a great job.
