Carpets came out great! I am a repeat customer and Chris did great the first time as well. I noticed our carpet stayed clean for quite a while (due to no soap residue) This time we added the upholstery- the couch and loveseat look good. Chris took us around and made sure that we were satisfied with all areas that they cleaned before leaving. Great customer service, reasonable price says and efficiently cleaned.

It's a better cleaning than what I EVER received from Stanley Steemer. The first time I used Zerorez, I unknowingly had the owner provide the service. Areas that Stanley's S left behind I told him not to worry about as the areas were permanently stained. He proved them wrong to my delight. Zerorez stands behind their customer service. One time I voiced a concern and they returned no charge and tried their best....again succeeding in addressing my concern. I wouldn't use anyone else!! Please use my first name only.

The guy that came to clean the carpet was great. He called ahead and asked if he could arrive early, which I found pleasing. He was informative, polite and helpful. I loved the job he did on my white carpets! They look fantastic! And he was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call this company again. I like their method of cleaning and curious to see how the cleaning holds up. I really like that they don’t use soap to clean and the carpets turned out better than previous professional cleaners. Very pleased!
