My 10 year old carpet looks almost new. Rainez was courteous, very pleasant and explained the carpet cleaning process very thoroughly. In addition, he made sure that I was pleased with the results and asked if I had any questions before he left.

Jackson was competent and answered all questions I had. After treatment the carpet is very clean.

The workman called first and showed up within the designated time window. He was very courteous, explained the process well, and answered all my questions and requests for the kind of cleaning I wanted. He also worked with me to ensure the best possible experience for my sensitive cat while the cleaning took place. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and care was taken not to damage my walls or woodwork. The results of the cleaning were impressive, and I like the idea of using water as opposed to a load of chemicals. It was done for a very reasonable price, and the carpet was dry within the 6-8 hours estimated. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future, as well as recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

The carpets were almost dry when the technician left. We have had other experiences with other carpet cleaners where the carpet was so wet it took three days to completely dry. And the carpets were very soft and plush, just like new.

employee was early and called to see if I could accommodate the new time. Employee was thorough and efficient. Would definitely use again in the future. My bathrooms, hallway, stairs & bedrooms (lentire top floor of my house) only took 2 hrs to clean. No smelly scent or crunchiness - most of the areas took about 4-6 hrs. to dry.

I was very impressed with the cleaner, Nicholas. He is quite the gentleman, very nice. I was very happy with the job he did. I am recovering from open heart surgery and apologized for not being able to move furniture. He was not upset he had to move furniture. He was very gracious about it. He did a great job. This was our third or fourth time using Zerorez,with excellent results. A couple of months ago, we decided to go with a local carpet cleaners, but the results were disappointing, even highlighting ( (drew out) some stains we had not seen before. Steve, the Zerorez technician, was as professional and efficient as they come.

Rafael did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He was prompt, very nice and extremely professional taking care to do a thorough job. We had one pet stain which came out great along with ensuring the high traffic area were cleaned well. The house does not smell like carpet cleaner at all.
