Cranberry juice got spilled on our carpets years ago. I called another company to come and clean the carpet but they could not get the cranberry juice stain out of the carpet. It wasn’t just a little cranberry juice it was a lot of cranberry juice. I heard about Zerorez on the radio. So I called them. They came and the stain disappeared. That was over eight years ago. I’d recommend Zerorz toanyone and everyone. They work with your budget and do what you need to have done to take out stains or pet odors. I don’t think I’ll change to hardwood floors as long as I have Zerorez to keep my carpets, now 20 years old, clean. Thank you, to office staff and technicians. You do a great job.

The carpet looks and smells and feels great! Joel, our technician, was professional and pleasant and very informative about how to care for our carpet after it was cleaned. He was specific about how to spot clean and not leave residue. The only issue that was a surprise was when the carpet developed large ripples as it dried. We called the office, spoke to Holly, and she reassured us the carpet would lie back down flat and reattach itself to the glue once fully dry. A little heads up on that issue would have been helpful, but it sounds like it doesn't happen very often.

My appointment window time was able to be moved up to earlier in the morning which was wonderful! The cleaner did a fabulous job cleaning the carpets in 2 rooms . There was no chemical smell or residue left behind. Carpets dried quickly. I highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

I've been using ZeroRez for about 2 years now. Have found them to be very competitively priced, with great response time and courteous, knowledgeable professionalism. Our carpets are off-white, and we have a busy, dirt-tracking crew of two dogs and two teenage boys. The living/dining room carpet can get really nasty, especially in the highest traffic area, but ZeroRez has taken care of it beautifully every time, returning at no extra charge to go over a section that "wicked" at no extra charge. I will add that, Gabriel, the technician who most recently cleaned the carpet, did an outstanding job of ensuring the "wicking" we've previously dealt with would not be an issue. He was both professional and kind, and our carpet looks better than we could have hoped!
